Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a detail-focused Food Technologist to join apetito’s New Product Development team. You will translate product information into clear, accurate data supporting safe, high-quality meals for people who rely on our food.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to gather, interpret and share technical data, ensuring compliance with UK/EU laws and internal policies to keep product information current through concept to launch.

Qualificações

• Degree in Food Science or related discipline or proven previous experience in a similar role.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Proficient in checking food artwork labels for compliance with UK/EU laws.
• Experience preparing Food Specifications & labels and checking supplier specs for accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritise a busy workload across specifications, product and material queries, artwork checks, legislative updates and project deadlines.
• Work with suppliers to prepare and maintain accurate raw material specifications.
• Prepare finished product specifications and assess information for compliance before sharing with stakeholders.
• Gather, interpret and approve supplier, recipe and product data to ensure accuracy and availability.
