Job summary

Specification Technologist role within The Compleat Food Group's NPD team. You will manage customer specifications, align raw materials and packaging data with plans, and ensure labelling guides and codes of practice are followed.

This position supports product development with required documentation and artwork changes to meet standards. You will collaborate with procurement, technical and packaging teams, maintaining supplier information and overseeing the specification process from concept

Qualifications

• Experience with customer specification systems in a food environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety processes.
• Experience in planning, organisation and project management.
• Ability to communicate across different seniority levels.
• Strong problem solving and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate raw material and packaging supplier information is maintained.
• Manage specification administration from concept to delist.
• Adhere to labeling guidelines and customer codes of practice.
• Support product development with required documentation.
• Assist artwork amendments to align with standards.
