Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Associate in Nottingham to enhance the fleet, coordinate warehouse and field teams, and serve as the local eyes on the ground for riders. Qualifications

• Experience using Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff in deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse to support a full fleet in Nottingham.
• Define new processes and best practices to drive warehouse operational excellence.
• Collaborate on cross-functional operations projects to identify expansion opportunities in your region(s).
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
• Support complaint management and investigate customer incidents.
• Coordinate with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety matters.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, employees, and Lime management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on local initiatives for revenue growth.
