Job summary

Lime, the leading micromobility company, is seeking an Operations Associate for the West Midlands, UK, with onsite presence during business hours. You will help optimize our fleet, coordinate warehouse and field teams, and serve as the local eyes on the ground to meet riders’ needs.

You should bring 1–3 years in operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a data-driven mindset to drive safe, efficient processes, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and regulatory

Qualifications

1–3 years of professional work experience in operations.
Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support roles.
Build a safe, compliant warehouse environment for West Midlands operations.
Define new processes to drive warehouse excellence.
Partner on projects to identify expansion opportunities in your region.
Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and performance.
Support complaint management and incident investigations.
Collaborate with Government Relations on regulatory and safety issues.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, employees, Lime management.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive local revenue initiatives.
