The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong English communication, and comfort with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and SQL.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional work experience in Operations.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to make data-based decisions with a cost-focused mindset.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets; Tableau & SQL knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support in deploying and retrieving shared vehicles.
• Build a safe, compliant warehouse environment for a fully operational fleet in Nottingham.
• Define new processes to drive warehouse operational excellence.
• Partner on projects to identify expansion opportunities in your region.
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and operations in your markets.
• Provide complaint management and investigation support for incidents.
• Coordinate with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, employees, and Lime management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local revenue growth.
