Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Contracts Manager in the Nottingham area on an initial three-month temporary basis. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a similar Housing/Local Authority/Construction role.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel to the office for meetings.
  • Experience procuring housing repairs and/or capital works contracts (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage repairs & maintenance teams across responsive repairs, adaptations and minor capital works.
  • Oversee property inspections to ensure accurate scoping, specification and costing of works in line with budgets and contract requirements.
  • Maintain health & safety compliance across all operatives.
  • Manage client relationships, meet KPIs and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
  • Ensure gas compliance across direct labour and subcontractors.
