Job summary

EC1 Partners Group is seeking a Knowledge & AI Enablement Specialist to own the enterprise knowledge platform and establish knowledge as a strategic capability. You will manage the Notion Knowledge Centre and drive cross-department adoption.

You will collaborate with Product, Client Experience, Onboarding, Operations, Sales and Engineering to structure, govern and reuse knowledge, and work with the AI Platform team to support AI agents with high-quality grounding.

Qualifications

Experience in knowledge management and information architecture.
Ability to structure and govern enterprise knowledge across teams.
Comfort with databases, APIs, automation and AI-enabled tools.
Not required to be a software engineer, but tech-savvy.
Experience designing and managing structured knowledge bases.
Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata and content lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own architecture, governance and evolution of the Notion knowledge platform.
Define how organisational knowledge should be structured, governed, maintained and reused.
Collaborate with Product, Client Experience, Onboarding, Operations, Sales and Engineering to identify knowledge needs and migrate content.
Embed knowledge practices within teams and establish ownership.
Work with AI Platform / Agentic Systems Specialist to ground AI agents with knowledge platform.
