Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an Enterprise AI Knowledge Architect to design and govern the enterprise knowledge architecture, including taxonomy, metadata and retrieval systems. The role focuses on enabling an AI-powered front door for services with traceable answers sourced from approved knowledge.

You will define standards, governance, and roadmaps across multiple domains while ensuring Responsible AI, security and data protection. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in knowledge or information architecture and enterprise search.
• Experience defining architecture governance across multiple business domains.
• Ability to align taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle with AI strategies.

• Own and define the enterprise knowledge architecture, principles, and roadmap.
