Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a Construction & Asset Manager to lead store openings, refurbishments and CAPEX projects across the northern estate. You will own feasibility, cost planning and procurement through handover, delivering safe, compliant and on-brand projects on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Construction & Facilities, the role covers corporate and franchise stores from north of Birmingham through to Scotland, with extensive travel across the territory and occasional

Competenze

• This role requires five+ years in construction project management, QS or related field.
• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or openings from cost planning to handover.
• Strong commercial and QS capabilities, including tender analysis and final accounts.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, procurement, CDM and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects with disciplined reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead new shop openings, refurbishments and CAPEX projects from feasibility to close-out.
• Own budgets, forecasts, cash flow, tenders, valuations and variations.
• Prepare scopes and tender recommendations; maintain contracts and records.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, landlords, consultants and contractors on site.
