Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an experienced Construction & Asset Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for stores across the north of England, from Birmingham north to Scotland. You will own feasibility, cost planning, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

You'll manage CAPEX programs, brand standards and compliance audits, coordinating with franchise partners, landlords and contractors, while maintaining strong records and reporting to the Head

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction project management or related field.
• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or new openings from cost planning to handover.
• Strong commercial and quantity surveying capability including estimating, tender analysis and final accounts.
• Understanding of contracts, procurement, health and safety, CDM, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel across territory from north of Birmingham through to Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Lead new shop openings, refurbishments and CAPEX projects from feasibility to practical completion, handover and close-out.
• Own project programmes, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, tender analysis, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Coordinate risk assessments, insurances, approvals and documentation for compliance and quality.
• Provide reporting and governance updates, and manage stakeholder relationships across the estate.
