Job summary

NEO Property Solutions Ltd is seeking a Fire Consultant / Fire Risk Assessor in Northern Ireland on a sub-contract basis. You will carry out fire risk assessments for various buildings, deliver on-site reports, and act as the primary contact for customers during site visits to positively influence their perception of the company.

Essential credentials include being accredited to Member level with IFE or IFSM or on the competent risk assessor register, plus strong report writing and communication

Qualifications

• Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments.
• Accredited to “Member” level - Institute of Fire Engineers or Institute of Fire Safety Managers or on the IFSM or IFE “competent risk assessor” register.
• High levels of literacy and written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to plan and organise workloads to meet time frames for service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an industry leading fire safety knowledge to enable an industry leading and compliant fire risk assessment.
• Produce accurate and efficient paperwork at all times.
• To collaborate with the admin team to produce effective working practices.
• To ensure best practice methods are used in the execution of the fire risk assessments.
• To be always fully responsible for the quality of service to the fire risk assessment customers and staff.
• To keep up to date with all current fire legislation & apply to assessments.
