Job summary

Wingstop Belfast is opening a brand-new restaurant and is seeking a General Manager to own the launch, build the team, set the culture, and establish ways of working to bring the Wingstop brand to life from day one.

You’ll drive sales and control costs while recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This hands-on, high-impact role offers real leadership responsibility and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must-have leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with launch or new-store openings is preferred.
• Able to energise and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to drive sales and manage costs from day one.
