Sonos is seeking a Regional Trainer for Northern Europe to bring engaging educational moments to life across EMEA partners in Retail and AV channels. The role covers the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic markets, with a focus on consumer electronics knowledge and regional training delivery across live events, webinars, and LMS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong public speaking, LMS management experience, and a passion for storytelling to educate diverse audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Effective experience in communicating knowledge to others.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to travel monthly for in-person training events worldwide.

• Present engaging educational content to diverse audiences—live, virtual, and on-camera.
• Speak the operating languages of audiences including AV, retail, and corporate management.
• Adapt communication styles to different audiences and formats.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to tie training to product advocacy.
• Coordinate live events, webinars, and LMS-based training across the region.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to remain the authority on relevant topics.
• Develop and deliver training materials that support sales and product specs.
