Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop sales across the North West, focusing on Liverpool and Manchester.

You will sell HVAC and electrical products to reseller channels, manage your pipeline and CRM, and build new accounts while maintaining margins. The role is field-based with four days in the field and one day working from home, offering a base salary with a car allowance and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling to reseller or trade channels in person.
• Understanding of margins and sales performance.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales across the North West with focus Liverpool–Manchester.
• Manage a pipeline, CRM activity and account development.
• 50+ customer visits per month (approx. 20 per week).
• Sell HVAC range plus complementary electrical products from major brands.
• Maintain margins and grow reseller accounts.
