Job summary

CPJ Recruitment is seeking a proactive field sales professional to cover the North West with home-based duties and field visits across Crewe, Warrington, Chester, Manchester and surrounding towns.

You will sell specialist construction products into project-led, B2B markets, grow existing accounts and win new business, while benefiting from full training and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• You are currently in field or external sales, managing your own diary and territory.
• Experience in account management, new business development, or a mix is required.
• Construction experience is not essential; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Own a North West territory, home-based and out in the field with customers.
• Sell a range of specialist construction products into project-led, B2B markets.
• Grow established accounts while opening up new business across the region.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across a broad mix of organisations.
• Take opportunities from first conversation through to order.
