Job summary

Kinara Group represents a UK-based medtech business seeking a Territory Manager to cover the North West. Location is North West England (field-based). Package up to £60,000 plus uncapped OTE, car allowance and benefits.

You will own the territory end to end, building relationships with diabetes clinical teams and driving adoption across NHS trusts and centres. A biology/physiology background and full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in medtech/diabetes tech or similar clinical device environment.
• Strong understanding of the NHS secondary care landscape and purchasing decisions.
• Existing relationships or credibility within North West diabetes services (advantageous).
• Confident in discussing technology and clinical data with specialist audiences.
• Self-starter with autonomy and ability to plan a territory independently.
• Biology or Physiology degree required as a clinical background.
• Full UK driving licence and base within the North West.
• Fast-growing product in a clinically impactful category.
• Autonomy, visibility and opportunity to build a territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the North West territory from strategic planning to delivery against targets.
• Build relationships with diabetologists, diabetes specialist nurses, dietitians and MDT stakeholders.
• Navigate NHS funding pathways, business cases and commissioning processes.
• Deliver product training and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing and customer support to ensure excellent HCP and patient experience.
• Represent the company at local and regional events, clinics and meetings.
