Place North West in Manchester is seeking an exceptional senior leader to head its Project Management business across the North of England. This is a regional leadership appointment with responsibility for a substantial team, key client relationships, commercial performance and the continued growth of an already successful offering.

You will operate at Board and C‑suite level, shaping strategy, winning work and driving long‑term progression for the business.

Qualifications

• Director or senior industry leader with significant UK property/construction/consultancy experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and established North‑of‑England network.
• Proven track record in building teams and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Head large Project Management teams and drive performance.
• Shape and deliver an ambitious regional growth strategy.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior clients.
• Generate opportunities and secure significant new commissions.
• Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, and pipeline.
• Unite teams across locations around a clear vision; operate at Board/C‑Suite level.
