Job summary

Place North West is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Liverpool office to take ownership of a diverse project portfolio across multiple sectors. You will lead projects from inception through to completion, balancing scope, cost and programme while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires a proven track record in built environment delivery, strong communication skills, and professional accreditation such as RICS or APM.

Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as RICS or APM (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors including retail, education, aviation and hospitality.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across their full lifecycle.
• Lead projects from inception through design, procurement and construction delivery.
• Act as Employer's Agent during construction (desirable).
• Administer and manage JCT contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client and project-team relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
• Support broader business objectives and client development where appropriate.
