Job summary

Place North West in Manchester is seeking an exceptional senior leader to head its Project Management business across the North of England. This is a substantial regional leadership appointment with responsibility for a large team, key client relationships, and the continued growth of an already successful offering.

You will operate at Board and C-suite level, build strategic relationships, win significant new commissions, and shape a regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Established Director or senior industry leader with UK property/construction consultancy experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and an established North network.
• Track record of developing teams and winning major work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop large Project Management teams
• Shape and deliver an ambitious regional growth strategy
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients
• Generate opportunities and secure significant new commissions
• Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, pipeline and performance
• Unite teams across multiple locations around a clear vision
• Operate confidently at Board and C-suite level
