Job summary

Pybus Recruitment is recruiting for a Local Business Development Executive based in Edgware, North London. This hybrid dealership and field-based role focuses on creating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving commercial growth across fleet solutions, parts, and service contracts.

You will own developing a local business database, actively networking to uncover opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating and winning new business.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to manage existing accounts while continuously developing new opportunities.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
