Job summary

Palmer McCarthy is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the North of England for temporary security systems. You will hunter new business, build relationships with contractors and developers, and drive revenue with an uncapped commission structure.

You’ll work with an experienced Sales Manager and a proactive team, generating opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience selling CCTV, security, or technology-led solutions.
• Proven hunter mentality with ability to generate new business.
• Willing to prospect via cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Ability to cover the North of England and build a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across the North of England and sell temporary CCTV and site security solutions.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities across construction, utilities, solar, rail, vacant property and industrial sectors.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events; build and manage a strong pipeline.
• Work with the team to develop proposals and close opportunities; exceed monthly and annual targets.
