Job summary

Consult is seeking exceptional Programme & Service Delivery Directors in the United Kingdom to drive growth within management consulting practices focused on Leadership & People Development, Strategy, Processes, or Infrastructure. Senior Programme Directors will leverage established executive networks to generate new business and manage large-scale programmes, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Clear evidence of building & maintaining board-level stakeholder relationships (FT100 or S&P500) on a long-term basis.
• Led at least four strategic programmes for FT100 & S&P500 clients with >£50m revenue/value.
• Developing thought-leadership and contributing to vision, strategy, products & services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-client programmes in strategic business change, processes and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and business development opportunities.
• Mentor and develop Senior-level Programme/Project Managers and teams.
