Job summary

Sullivan & Stanley is seeking a Chief Delivery Officer to lead the firm’s delivery capability and governance. You will own end-to-end delivery, from mobilisation through execution, across consulting teams, associates and partners, ensuring quality, scope and commercial outcomes.

Based in the UK, you will partner with Sales and executive leadership to scale our Service-as-a-Software delivery model while maintaining culture, integrity and client outcomes. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in senior consulting or delivery leadership.
• Experience at executive or senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery strategy and operating model.
• Oversee capacity planning and delivery readiness.
• Drive capability development, quality and delivery excellence.
• Manage associate & partner network for delivery.
• Mitigate delivery risks and mobilise complex engagements.
• Collaborate across Consulting, People, Operations and Commercial leadership.
