Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to oversee the delivery and strategic management of major commissions across design, preconstruction, construction and completion within the Commercial Development sector. The role emphasizes client-focused service, mentoring of junior staff, and rigorous governance.

The ideal candidate has extensive delivery experience, a strong network for future business development, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering project commissions (value > £25M)
• Experience as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent
• Client-focused consultancy background
• Strong knowledge of procurement and project finance management
• Advanced communicator at senior client level
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff
• Proficient with MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage commissions across full lifecycle (design to completion) with minimal supervision
• Manage strategic direction and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Mentor and develop junior talent and delegate tasks effectively
