The role demands a senior recruiter with 5+ years of 360 FMCG recruitment or market-launch experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' 360 recruitment experience, with FMCG focus or launching new markets.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate autonomously and scale a practice.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and account development skills.
• Adaptable across cultures, time zones and working practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for North America time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead international market entry and business development for North America from the UK.
• Deliver senior FMCG recruitment across borders, managing full lifecycle from engagement to placement.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and talent availability to clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and build a dedicated North America team over time.
