Henderson Brown Recruitment is partnering with an established FMCG business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor. The role focuses on relationship-building, ownership, and shaping how talent is attracted across the business.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, delivering proactive recruitment strategies, and improving candidate experience across functions. The role is hybrid with a competitive package and bonus options.

Competenze

• Experience recruiting for FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or similar fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Proven track record with direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter and external agencies.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
