Job summary

Uptick is expanding into the Nordics and seeks an Implementation Manager based in London. You will onboard, upskill, and become the go-to expert for Swedish- or Danish-speaking customers, with regular travel to the Nordics.

Initially, you will work with the UK implementation team, owning data migration, system configuration, and customer training to drive adoption post go-live. As the region grows, leadership opportunities will follow.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English, and willingness to travel.
• SaaS implementation or onboarding experience in startup/scaleup.
• Strong data skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solutions consulting mindset; technically precise and adaptable.
• Ability to prioritise, track, and report implementation status.
• Curiosity and drive to become Uptick product expert.

Responsibilities

• Data migration: collate, extract, cleanse, and import data into Uptick.
• System configuration: configure customer workspaces to fit workflows.
• Product training: train customer's team to use Uptick post go-live.
• Project management: deliver implementations on time.
• Data and systems: keep internal systems up to date with project dates.
• Relationship management: lead Nordic customers and internal teams.
