Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for the Newry office to develop our Nordic business. You will work remotely with customers across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, managing the sales process from initial contact through quotation and order placement.

The role reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and offers a hybrid arrangement, with on-site work in Newry and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics.
• 1 year of experience in sales or inside sales etc.
• Experience engaging with prospects and managing multiple opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans for the Nordic region.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build relationships with customers to maximise long-term sales potential.
• Manage sales pipeline and document opportunities in CRM.
