Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our Newry office. You will maintain relationships with existing customers and support external sales to grow the customer base. You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and work mainly on-site with the option for a hybrid arrangement.

The role emphasises achieving sales targets, developing relationships, and handling inquiries with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C in English and Maths.
• Native or Fluent English (C2).
• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for a defined geographical area.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with external salespeople to bring on new customers.
• Provide information on price, delivery, and order status.
• Assist with after-sales queries and manage customer expectations.
