Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Newry (Northern Ireland) invites applications for a Customer Care Specialist. You will manage existing customers, support external sales, and help ensure repeat business for spares and repairs, working closely with the sales team.

The role is mainly on-site with a hybrid option; GCSE English and Maths are required and native or fluent English is essential, with customer service experience and strong communication skills. Training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Maths.
Native or Fluent (C2) English.
1 year of Customer Service experience.
Cross selling products skills.
B2B Sales experience.
Key Account Management experience.
Experience assisting customers through chat and email support in English.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximise its sales potential.
Maintain customer relationships.
Maintain relationships across Lektronix' key accounts.
Satisfy customers with our services and manage their expectation levels.
Assess and price all repair and supply jobs, taking into account individual customer's needs and future potential.
Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
Coordinate and follow-up on existing leads, initiate contact, create new leads and bring on new customers.
Provide information on price, availability, delivery expectations, and expedite orders.
