Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major hyperscale data centre project in the Nordics. The role may require 100% country-based work or significant international travel (11/3 rotation).

You will manage pre-construction through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance across multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong contract and commercial understanding, and proven leadership of

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex programmes.
Demonstrated HSE leadership across construction phases.
Experience coordinating client interfaces and vendor management.
Ability to travel internationally for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and manage Master Project Schedule and Budget with the client and GC.
Oversee contractor design, pre-qualification, bids, negotiations and awards.
Ensure robust IMS, schedule monitoring and cost control across the project.
Coordinate Value Engineering and budget tracking with client teams.
Support permits, approvals, and vendor management for Owner‑direct packages.
