Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior/Lead EHS Manager for a major data centre construction project in the Nordics. Based 100% in-country with significant international travel (Norway/Finland), you will set the environmental, health, safety, and security strategy, design governance, and drive a culture of care across contractor teams.

You will enforce EHS standards, lead audits, and report performance to executives while ensuring compliance with Nordic legislation and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on mega-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centre or technology infrastructure preferred.
• CPD/ Continuing Professional Development commitment.
• Strong teamwork and transformation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and governance for the project.
• Align multi-national contractor networks with client standards.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS performance and produce executive reports.
• Liaise with client executives, contractors, and regulators.
