Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse services.
• Direct experience with non-opiate substance use.
• Ability to conduct assessments and create recovery plans.
• Strong communication and multi-agency collaboration.
• Non-judgemental, person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing an allocated caseload of service users
• Completing screening, assessments and recovery plans
• Providing 1-to-1 key work and psychosocial interventions
• Supporting non-opiate substance use and related needs
• Providing harm reduction and relapse prevention support
• Completing risk assessments and safeguarding
• Coordinating referrals and wider support packages
• Working with health, mental health, criminal justice and community services
• Maintaining treatment records and documentation
