Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced Recovery Coordinator to join a Drug & Alcohol service in Southend on an initial 3-month assignment, with potential monthly rolling extensions. • Direct experience working within drug and alcohol recovery services.
• Confident in managing a caseload independently.
• Ability to work in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of service users experiencing drug and alcohol issues
• Provide structured, recovery-focused support and interventions
• Complete assessments, care plans, reviews and risk assessments
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding and risk concerns
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
• Support service users through their recovery journey using a person-centred approach
