Board Appointments, on behalf of a new and exciting venture at the forefront of the changing landscape of the rail industry, delivering substantial, fast-paced improvement to modernise the railway, is seeking to appoint 3 Non-Executive Directors to join its board.

Selection Criteria:

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and strategic oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to provide independent scrutiny and challenge constructively.
• Experience in evaluating complex projects, programmes, and policy implications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with board members, executives, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expertise or knowledge at a senior level in one of the following areas: digital delivery, commercial and construction or in the rail sector.
