Job summary

You will advise clients on non-contentious IP matters, IT and commercial agreements, and licensing arrangements, working alongside expert IP lawyers and patent/trade mark professionals.

The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and commercially advising on IP rights within technology and business contexts, with opportunities for UK and international exposure

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–8 years' PQE in IP.
• Strong non-contentious IP experience.
• Ability to advise on IP rights within commercial contexts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IT, IP and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities
