Are you ready to take your Intellectual Property expertise to the next level? Chadwick Nott are instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior IP Lawyer to join a top 50 firm, working with high-profile national and international clients on complex, market-shaping projects.

This highly regarded IP practice is consistently ranked in the top tier by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500. Known for advising on cutting-edge matters across both the commercial and public sectors, the team has become a trusted adviser to household names and innovative organisations alike. The role

You'll be part of a busy, forward-looking team handling a wide range of non-contentious IP matters, including:

• Advising on IP transactions (licensing, assignments, franchising)
• Structuring ownership and protection of IP assets
• Negotiating R&D and collaboration agreements across academia and industry
• Conducting intellectual property audits and due diligence
• Providing IP support for wider commercial and corporate deals

The client base is second to none and includes well-known consumer brands and global innovators, the kind of names you'll be proud to represent.

Candidate requirements

• Strong experience in non-contentious/transactional Intellectual Property work
• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (SRA) or Scotland (Law Society of Scotland) with around 8 years' PQE
• A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for helping clients turn ideas into commercial success
