Job summary

TSR Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join a growing team. You will work on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters and advise clients through their project lifecycles.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, advise on risk allocation and project documentation, and support development projects from inception to completion, while collaborating with a wider team.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor with NQ–3 PQE experience.
• Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters.
• Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload within a wider team.
• Proactive approach and willingness to develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and engineering contracts.
• Advising clients on contractual structures, risk allocation and project documentation.
• Supporting clients on development and construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Providing practical advice on contractual issues and helping clients manage potential risks.
