Job summary

Tsr Legal is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor in Birmingham, at NQ–3 PQE level. You will handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on project documentation throughout the lifecycle of complex projects.

The role offers exposure to a varied caseload, working with experienced solicitors in a supportive environment and opportunities for client development within a busy construction team.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious construction recommended.
• Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage workload and work within a team.
• Proactive attitude with client development willingness.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate construction and engineering contracts.
• Advise on contractual structures, risk allocation and project documentation.
• Support development and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide practical guidance on contractual issues and potential risks.
