Qualifications

• 2–6 years PQE in construction law.
• Predominantly non-contentious construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-contentious construction matters for clients (developers, contractors, consultants, investors, funders).
• Draft and negotiate NEC and JCT contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties.
• Prepare and review project documentation for major construction/engineering schemes.
• Manage client relationships and develop personal profile with supervision available.
