Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join this Tier 1 ranked City firm with a strong reputation in the construction and projects field. You will be acting for employers, developers, sponsors, funders, project companies, contractors, consultants, and insurers, including over half of the UK's top 50 contractors and a diverse range of private and public sector clients. Sectors include infrastructure, energy (nuclear, renewables, oil and gas), transport, real estate, waste, water, education, and health. Ideally, you will have a solid background in construction and projects work, including advising on developments involving higher-risk buildings and building safety. This role is well-suited for someone experienced in real estate development and real estate finance-related transactional construction and projects work.
