Join a high-performing construction team as a Non-Contentious Construction Partner, working across landmark urban regeneration schemes, infrastructure developments, and major private-sector builds. You’ll lead on non-contentious construction work – drafting and negotiating the likes of JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts for complex, high-value projects.

This is an ideal move for a Senior or Managing Associate ready to step into a Partner role, or an established Partner looking for greater strategic input and autonomy. You'll work with a diverse client base - developers, funders, contractors, and consultants, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

In this role, you will:

• Advise on high-value, non-contentious construction projects across multiple sectors
• Draft and negotiate construction documents, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts
• Develop client relationships and win new business through thought leadership and strategic networking
• Collaborate with teams in real estate, banking, and litigation to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the long-term growth of the practice
