This Top 100 firm in the City of London is seeking a Senior Associate - Non-Contentious Construction with 5-8 years PQE to join their highly ranked practice. The role involves working closely with the Partner heading the London Construction Team on non-contentious construction projects for major UK and international clients. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a variety of construction contracts such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts, as well as agreements related to funding, joint ventures, and guarantees.
