Join a high-performing construction team as a Non-Contentious Construction Partner, working on landmark urban regeneration schemes, infrastructure developments, and major private-sector projects. Lead non-contentious construction work, including drafting and negotiating contracts such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements for complex, high-value projects.

This role is ideal for a Senior or Managing Associate ready to become a Partner, or an established Partner seeking greater strategic input and autonomy. You will work with a diverse client base—developers, funders, contractors, and consultants—and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

In this role, you will:

• Advise on high-value, non-contentious construction projects across various sectors
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC
• Develop client relationships and attract new business through thought leadership and networking
• Collaborate with teams in real estate, banking, and litigation to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the practice
