This firm is seeking a Construction Senior Associate with 7+ PQE to join their team in the City of London.

The team has advised on some of the biggest and most innovative projects worldwide, including regions like the Middle East and Africa, offering excellent growth opportunities.

The team advises construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and insurers on various project aspects.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE
• Experience advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI, PPP, and alliance agreements
• Experience in either in-house or private practice
• International project experience, especially in the Middle East and Africa (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to supervise and delegate to junior team members
