Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard, London, seeks a 4-6 PQE non-contentious Construction Associate to handle UK/international projects across energy, renewables, data centres and major infrastructure. You will draft, review and negotiate construction agreements and provide strategic risk advice to developers, sponsors, and contractors, while leading workstreams and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Experience advising on energy, renewables, power, utilities, infrastructure, data centre and commercial development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workstreams on major UK and international projects across energy, infrastructure, data centre and commercial development sectors.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and related documents.
• Advise on strategic risk allocation, procurement and commercial issues for diverse clients.
• Take ownership of matters from early stages with responsibility for managing workstreams and client relationships.
• Support business development, pitches and mentoring junior colleagues.
