Chadwick Nott is assisting a leading boutique law firm in London to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Associate at 2-4 PQE. The role offers exposure to a broad real estate focused client base including developers, funders and UHNW individuals, with JCT contracts, collateral warranties and appointment drafting.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of UK non-contentious construction experience, ideally from private practice, and enjoy a collaborative culture, strong work-life balance

Salary: £96,000-£103,000

PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm: Our client is a leading boutique law firm with a prestigious reputation and market leading non-contentious construction practice with a real estate focus.

Role: Joining a highly ranked non-contentious construction team which also benefits from market leading private wealth, commercial real estate and HNW residential property teams, you will be involved in a wide range of matters for a real estate focused client base.
