Job summary

Chadwick Nott - London is representing a leading boutique law firm recruiting a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate in London. The role involves joining a highly ranked construction team with exposure to private wealth, real estate and UHNW residential work.

You will work on JCT contracts, collateral warranties and appointments, with substantial transactional support for a real estate-focused client base. A strong track record in UK non-contentious construction is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 PQE in non-contentious construction.
• Experience with UK law firms or leading in-house teams in non-contentious construction.
• Proven drafting and negotiating of construction-related documents.

Role:

Joining a highly ranked non-contentious construction team which also benefits from market leading private wealth, commercial real estate and HNW residential property teams, you will be involved in a wide range of matters for a real estate focused client base.

• Eclectic client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, private capital, family offices, UHNWIs
• JCT contracts
• Collateral warranties
• Draft and negotiate appointments
• Pre- construction service agreements and security documents
• Transactional support

Successful candidate:

• 5-8 PQE qualified solicitor, England & Wales or Commonwealth
