An innovative firm is seeking a Regional Process Safety Engineer to lead the development and implementation of process safety management across multiple sites. This exciting role involves conducting site gap analyses, advising on process hazard analysis tools, and collaborating with global colleagues. Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Process Safety Engineer based in the UK or Ireland on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support the development of Kerry's process safety management controls, build the PSM System, conduct site Gap Analyses, and develop roadmaps and plans for PSM implementation at sites with process safety risks.
You will also advise sites on Process Hazard analysis tools such as HAZOP, FMEA, LOPA, FTA, ETA, and HAZID.
This role involves regional collaboration with global colleagues to implement effective practices. The position will be hybrid, combining home and site work, with approximately 25-50% travel.
Additional skills include understanding of safety standards, chemical processes, risk assessment, incident management, process control systems, and effective communication of safety information. Ability to develop safety protocols, deliver training, and perform data analysis is also required.
