Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and protection 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will support the NOC engineering team administratively, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
  • Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
  • Action Service Requests.
  • Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
  • Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  • Coordinate traffic management with providers and regional teams.
  • Communicate incident updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
